Local Pickup– Jersey City – Offered at a local rate for in-person pickup by appointment only.

Important Pickup Info

Shortbread Society is a shipping-based business. We are not a brick-and-mortar storefront, and pickups are available by appointment only at our Jersey City location. Lead time for pickup orders is a minimum of 48 hours. At checkout, you will be able to schedule your preferred pickup time. After checkout, you will receive an email with all necessary pickup instructions.

Please arrive promptly at your scheduled pickup time. Due to building security and scheduling constraints, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your order will be forfeited without refund. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated and no exceptions will be made.
